Perched atop the grasslands south of Vernon, the Allan Brooks Nature Centre boasts 360° views of the region. It offers visitors indoor exhibits, interactive exhibits in the Discovery Room, and information about local ecosystems from friendly staff. The nature centre also has a picnic area and a grassland trail originating there, which can be enjoyed with a guide or independently.
