Tesla Drivers

Our on-site station does not include a NACS (Tesla-native) connector. CHAdeMO and CCS1 connectors have limited or no compatibility with current Tesla models, even with adapters.

Release Agreement

The use of ski area premises and facilities and participation in activities at Big White Ski Resort Ltd. is subject to the conditions set out in the Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement.

REFUND POLICY, TERMS & CONDITIONS

Refund request deadline

All refund requests must be submitted by email no later than the last day of the season they are purchased for.

Misuse liability

You are liable for any misuse while the pass or card is not in your possession unless you have already reported your pass lost or stolen prior to the misuse.

Fine for misuse

A fine will apply if anyone other than the pass holder is caught using your pass. The minimum fine amount is $250 plus the cost of a full day lift ticket at window rates.

Terms amendment rights

Big White Ski Resort reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to amend the terms and conditions of Season Passes and Lift Tickets.
